We welcome you to the Coral Suites Hotel.

Now, more than ever, we do our best to offer you an exceptional experience and truly unforgettable moments during your stay.

In response to current circumstances due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have established a series of new protocols and special practices that meet our strict standards of cleanliness and luxury service.

We want to introduce you to some of the actions we have taken and what you can expect from our hotel in relation to changes to our services, amenities, and facilities.

Our priority is to ensure a safer environment for our guests and employees. Achieving this goal is a shared responsibility. Join our efforts to improve the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing masks, the use of which is mandatory whenever you are in the public areas of the hotel. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. We also remind you to practice social distancing, staying at least 2 meters away from hotel guests and employees.

Complying with the local legislation and the protocol of the Hotel Coral Suites, signs will be placed to promote physical distancing in the elevators, escalators and other high-traffic areas within the hotel; Occupancy limits and reduced seating capacity will be implemented in our common areas and restaurants.

We have implemented the “Commitment to Cleanliness” plan to improve sanitation protocols in general. Throughout our public spaces and high traffic areas we have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection. Every two hours, our staff will perform the deep cleaning procedure and during high traffic hours the frequency of this procedure will increase.

Room cleaning service will be available daily and will be provided according to guests’ request. During the cleaning of the room we will recommend that the guest is not in the room, however we can make the exception with prior coordination.

Improved technology has been implemented to ensure the deep cleaning procedure in public spaces. On a daily basis, all used and unused bedding will be properly packed and sent to the laundry. Disinfectant wipes will be available in the room on the day of arrival, as well as on request. Room amenities will be available and will be disinfected frequently; items from the minibar will be available upon request.

All associates use personal protective equipment according to their role to play, taking into account the instructions set out by the local authorities.
All rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not automatically clean your room every day. If you would like to receive daily room cleaning service, please contact our Guest Services team.

Our gym and pool areas will be available with prior reservation.

In order to establish a safe environment, our priority is to maintain a high standard regarding the implementation of hygiene and safety procedures, meeting the recent challenges presented by current circumstances.

Our Food and Beverages Department developed the Personal Protection program equipping our kitchen associates and waiters with masks, face shields and gloves, as well as the hourly hand washing cycle as part of the responsibilities of protecting the preparation and handling. of food for our guests.

Our Food Safety Program includes the disinfection and cleaning of food upon receipt and before its preparation, as well as the sterilization procedure of all food contact areas.
